This short term apartment in Florence is located in a palazzo on the elegant Piazza Antinori in the Duomo district. The palazzo dates back to the 14th Century, a time when the city was just beginning to expand beyond the Roman central nucleus. At that time, Via Tornabuoni and Piazza Antinori were side streets leading towards the Florence city limits. It was only in the mid-15th Century that the location around this apartment rental in Florence became the address for wealthy Florentines who bought and refurbished palaces to turn them into stately homes.

Exterior Description

Interior Description
(25 m2) 4th floor (with lift): This bright, comfortable studio apartment has views of the Church of Santa Maria Novella and the rooftops of the city. One enters the studio apartment via two steps down. To the left is a large walk-in closet; to the right is a spacious bathroom with shower. The main room has a comfortable single sofa bed, a pullout ottoman stool which turns into a single bed, and a dining area with a glass table and three chairs. A decorated cupboard conceals the kitchenette, which has two electric burners and a small electric oven. To the right is another cupboard for storage.
