Just 2 km from the rural village of Mercatale di Cortona, this Tuscan farmhouse apartment is within reach of all the major cultural locations and natural wonders of Tuscany and Umbria, including Florence, Siena, Perugia, and Assisi. Vineyard areas within day-trip reach include the Chianti, Montalcino, and Montepulciano. (1,800 m2) This completely restored farmhouse overlooks a beautiful valley, bathed in warm sunshine from early morning until evening. In addition to the farmhouse, which has been divided into three apartments (Uno, Due, and Tre), there is also an adjoining storeroom, used as a breakfast room, lounge, and for dinners prepared by the owner. It is possible to rent the three apartments separately (in which case outdoor areas will be shared) or all together. Both the farmhouse and the storehouse are constructed of 60 cm thick stone walls, making air conditioning unnecessary in the summer. Available for use at this farmhouse villa is a swimming pool (7.5m x 14m) with sun lounges, several grassy areas equipped with table and chairs for outdoor relaxation, and a barbecue. Shared parking is available for several cars.
