Only four hundred meters away from the villa is a caf? and three kilometers away is a small market that sells milk, bread, and other necessities. Eight kilometers away is the medieval village of Campagnatico, which dates back to the 11th century. (25 hectares) Built in the 1940's, this villa is situated on large estate with vineyards, 600 olive trees, and a landscaped yard. There is a covered patio on the ground floor that is furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. A swimming pool (12x 6m) is shared with the owner, who lives on the estate in a house 200 meters away. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: This villa has two living rooms. The first living room has two couches, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. The second living room has two couches and a fireplace. There is a dining area in the middle of two arches with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher as well as a second table with chairs. This floor has one bedroom with two 100 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
First floor: A staircase of 12 steps leads to the first floor where there is a third living room with two couches and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a 170 cm queen-sized bed, a separate room with a 100 cm single bed, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom has a 170 cm queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 100 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
