Location
The small town of Orentano is located a kilometer and a half from the property. It is best known and appreciated for its many shows and festivals held throughout the year. Children will love the annual carnival, which is celebrated starting the week before lent and ending the night of Ash Wednesday. The many events include a parade of floats, drawing and painting competitions, and people dressed in lively costumes to inspire the imaginations of all. In July there is a pizza and beer festival featuring traditional Tuscan dishes, and in August comes the cake festival, celebrated with the creation and display of one elaborate, gargantuan cake! You can always find a restaurant, a pizzeria, and various small shops in town. The surrounding area also produces two famous DOC wines: Montecarlo and Chianti. The nearby medieval hamlet of Altopascio is also well worth a visit, as it has a long and interesting history dating back to the 12th century. Altopascio also offers a Thursday market, a bakery, supermarket, and an internet point. But if you have a taste for more urban delights, this Tuscany apartment also has easy access to the Autostrada, so you'll have no problem taking day trips to various Tuscany highlights, including Lucca, Pisa, and Florence.

Exterior Description
This stone and brick farmhouse is situated in a panoramic location in the countryside surrounding Lucca. There is a private patio and garden furnished with tables and chairs as well as a barbecue. A private swimming pool (14m x 6m) is surrounded by loungers. The farmhouse is situated near the main villa where the owners live, but it is completely independent and has a private garden and swimming pool. Covered parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: There is a living/dining room with a couch, three matching arm chairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, and a fireplace. A kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and American coffee maker, as well as a long dining table with ten chairs. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and one bathroom with a sink, toilet, tub, and shower.
Open gallery (above the living room): There are two sofa beds, each suitable for one.
First floor: There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first and second bedroom each has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the third and fourth each has two single 90 cm beds. There are three bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine.
