- The luxury bathrooms should be enough to accommodate the largest of parties. There are 4 full bathrooms in the home. Some have twin His n Her sinks, large tub bath, Large mirrors with vanity lighting. All have tile flooring. The first master bathroom has a large tub bath, large walk in shower, WC, twin sinks with vanity lighting drawer and cupboard space. The second master bathroom has large walk in shower, WC and sink, drawer and cupboard space. Bathrooms 3 and 4 (one of these is on the ground floor) have baths with shower, sinks, WC., drawer and cupboard space. All bathrooms are bright and airy and spotlessly clean !!!

- Six full bedrooms consisting of 3 bedrooms with king size beds all of which have recently had the mattresses upgraded to pillow top mattresses for added luxury. Two of these King size bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms in the home have beautiful upgraded furniture with ample drawer and closet space. All bedrooms have a tv and dvd player. The kids room has a Mickey mouse tv and dvd/video player as well as a Game cube games console. . Bedroom 4 has a lovely queen size bed and beautiful furnishings. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds. . Bedroom 6 has 2 sets of bunk beds and has a Disney theme. Some of the bedrooms have walk in closets the remainder have built in closets with hanging space. Bedrooms have radio alarm clocks, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers etc. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

WINDSOR HILLS RESORT: Windsor Hills Resort is fast becoming the most popular place to stay in the Disney area. Not surprising really considering the superb facilities and so close to Disney !! The resort boasts a beautiful clubhouse with state of the art gym, Private cinema, Sundry shop, Superb community pool and spa, video games room, table tennis, pool tables, Playground. There are also tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, walking trails, bar b q areas, a lake. The list goes on, you can't fail to be impressed !!
The villa has it's very own games room with a pool table , air hockey, darts. a great place to spend some time assuming you have any energy left !! Also a great place to leave the kids while you top up the tan on the pool deck This is not your average run of the mill Florida rental villa. This is a luxury home that the owners have spared no expense to make the home beautiful and comfortable for the enjoyment of their guests. There is simply no comparison with the cheaper villas advertised. If you want the best, look no further, THIS IS IT !!!
Into Golf? You won't be disappointed ! The whole area has an abundance of all types of courses. From fun mini and crazy golf for the kids and families to superb world class facilities designed by the worlds' top professionals. There are courses for the more budget conscious as well as the experts among you who want to play only the best courses and all are within a few minutes drive from this wonderful villa. It is without a doubt a golfer's paradise !!
