2 bedroom 3 bath, family room upstairs with 3 big skylites--living room with fireplace and dining room on main level, 2 ocean front decks. The house sits on a wet beach, but there is a dry beach yr. round 4 houses away.
Fantastic walkway under house, walk under 4 houses to private beach---huge plus to the property for people!!!!!!
Sleeps 6---futon in family room! House has lots of skylites---newly remodeled--furnished---lovely interiors.
4 parking spots--one is enclosed garage, rest of parking is outside, washer and dryer upstairs--new heating system--TV's. l0 minutes to Santa Monica for shopping.
