Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Possibility to negotiate the rates for long weekends. 50% of the total amount should be paid on booking (non refundable) and the balance plus a € 350 refundable damages deposit is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the € 350 refundable damages deposit. The damages deposit will be returned 3 days after the keys are returned back to the owner and assuming no damage has occurred to the property or contents. Check in is after 3pm and departure is at 10am.
• LATE CHECK-IN NOTICE, The normal check in is at 3pm with a one hour grace period. The late fee is 25€ per hour after the first hour. Alternative check in times can be arranged with the property manager. Check ins after 7pm are 50€ and after 10pm 100€. *****EARLY/LATE CHECKOUTS***** Normal Check out is at 10am. Alternative check out times can be arranged with the property manager, if possible. Early Check-out fee before 9am 50€ and before 7am 100€. Late check out fee is 50€ per hour after the first hour.
