Sunlight streams into the spacious living room through south facing windows and sliding glass doors. The room is spacious and includes an oversized L-shaped sofa and a matching arm chair. For your entertainment, it includes a 46? wall-mounted Sony Flat-screen HD TV that pulls out from the wall and can be swiveled left or right depending on where you are sitting. The TV is only one part of the entertainment system which also includes a Sony 5 Disc DVD and CD player and home theatre system. A granite gas fireplace completes the living room.

The large gourmet kitchen has fine wood cabinetry, granite countertops, two sinks, built-in wine rack, ample counter space, a center island, 2008-new appliances and everything else a gourmet chef would need.
