Panoramic view on the village, the lake, the countryside and the sea (20 min away). Very quiet. You will discover the small paved streets, its church of Santa Maria, its renovated art and historic organs. Very close from the famous GR20, you will be able to go hiking or to visit the calanques de PIANA a few miles away. They are WORLD HERITAGE as well as the RESERVE NATURELLE DE SCANDOLA. This house is all comfort: 6 bedrooms, 1 alcove, 2 kitchens, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 WC, 2 living, garden furniture, BBQ, and cable TV. You will be able to practice many activities: golf, tennis, water sports, hiking, horse riding, historical sites and night clubs.

SPELONCATO is located on the West coast of CORSICA. It is a typical le BALAGNE village. Hooked on the mountain pick, it dominates the Reginu plain with its lake and the sea, 20 min away. Very historical site with 2 churches, a friary, classified organs and vestiges from the Neolithic, as well as a preserved nature. On the coast you will find the towns of Calvi and Ile-Rousse founded by PASCAL PAOLI, a few miles away. You will find miles of wonderful beaches. Its geographical location makes it ideal for water sports as well as mountain activities (CLOSE TO GR20). You can go and visit the Natural Reserve of Scandola even by sea.
