Brand new townhouse located within a fully managed resort which includes a large pool complex, 3 miles from the Disney resort. Completed in June 2007, this is a high quality 4 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse in landscaped surroundings. The air conditioned accommodation comprises entrance hall leading into the lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen set up beautifully for your self-catering needs. The first en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen size bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a large master en-suite bedroom with king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and shower over an extra large bath. There are also 2 twin bedrooms, each containing 2 single beds and walk in wardrobes. There is also a further family bathroom. All linen, furnishings, and utensils are supplied. There is parking area to the front with space for 2 cars.

The resort incorporates a beautiful tropical pool complex with 2 heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls, waterslide, Jacuzzi pool, sunbathing terraces and bar. The clubhouse provides a sports bar with satellite TV broadcasting international sporting events, bar and restaurant, games room and internet café. In addition to all this, there is a children’s play area, a floodlit all-weather tennis court and barbecue areas. There really is something for every member of the family. Regal Oaks offers easy access Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild, Discovery Cove and all the other theme parks and attractions Orlando has to offer. Old Town is within walking distance and close by there are many golf courses, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
