Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The above rates are for the villa only (sleeps max 6 ). For a larger groups, we offer the villa + studio (sleeps max 8). Just add a small weekly surcharge of € 250 in low season to € 350 in Jul-Aug. Studio is not rented out separately. Heating cost will be charged at cost during Nov-March.
- Damage deposit of €500 (refundable). Rental on weekly basis and from Saturday to Saturday only (unless agreed).. Check in time is at, or after 16:00 PM and check out is at, or before, 10:00 AM. Guests will be welcomed by our local Care-Taker (speaks English, French and Danish) , who will also be available to help with any queries during your stay.
- Pricing is fully inclusive of provided linen, towels, final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance. Towels for swimming pool and/or beach usage are also provided. The linen and towels are changed once a week. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, with a briefer weekly clean during a stay of two weeks or more (on Saturday). A cot / play-pen / changing table and a high chair are available for the little ones.
