Ideally suited for getting together with friends and family this spacious 5 bedroom house sums up the idyllic country getaway. Tickeridge Farm is no longer a working farm but it is surrounded by fields where you’ll find horses grazing. It sits in a large garden with rolling lawns and views towards the Malvern Hills and lies outside the pretty village of Hanley Swan where a village green, local pub and lily covered pond create a typically English scene. The house dates in part from the 16th century. During its restoration, great care was taken to preserve its original elements whilst incorporating entirely modern features. * Massive 30ft+ kitchen with range cooker, granite worktops, breakfast area and table to seat 12. * Large oak beamed living room - with fireplaces at each end - including a double sided fireplace leading to TV/reading area. *Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. *Cloakroom/W.C. *5 bedrooms *2 bathrooms with baths, power showers and heated towel racks

There are lots of things to do locally - choose from walking, cycling, horse riding, horse racing, kayaking, boating, swimming, dry skiing, quad biking and golf as well as theatres, cinemas, pubs and restaurants. You really should 'climb' the Malvern Hills and explore the beautiful unspoilt countryside , with Upton-on-Severn (famous for its International Jazz Festival), Malvern and the market town of Ledbury all within 10 miles. Close by is the spa town of Cheltenham with its famous racecourse as are the cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester. For the historically minded - Eastnor Castle, Sudeley Castle and Warwick Castle are definitely worth a visit. The Brecon Beacons, the Wye Valley and the Cotswolds are all within easy reach as is Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace.
