Sandpiper, is set within a pretty garden of half an acre. A traditional Caribbean wooden house overlooking the scenic Oualie Bay & St Kitts. Exposed wood framing and graceful hip roofs with gingerbread carvings are all painted in warm pastel shades and create a very West Indian atmosphere. The villa is simply & tastefully furnished, and is well-equipped to accommodate a large family or equally, a smaller group. The entrance is from the rear of the property, and leads into a spacious light and airy living room which incorporates a sitting area with TV/VCR and a sound system, and a further dining area for up to nine people. The kitchen is adjacent but separated by a breakfast bar and is fully-equipped with a gas cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Three double doors open from this room on to a comfortable veranda overlooking the bay. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite shower and has direct access onto the veranda. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed and an ensuite shower that is shared with bedroom #3 via an extra outer access door. Bedroom #3 has three single beds and is ideal for younger guests. There is a further twin-bedded studio room with ensuite shower on the garden level and a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The garden is mainly lawn with a number of specimen trees & shrubs. The wild Vervet monkeys, a feature of Nevis, and can be seen here roaming freely. There is well-lit parking area at the back of the house and a pathway through the garden provides a shorter walk of about 2 minutes to the beach. Security Deposit $500.
