All bedrooms have TV. The twin rooms and the second large bedroom share a bathroom.

Further details about this villa rental
Stays of 5 days and less will be subject to a £50 cleaning charge. We prefer full week stays from Friday to Friday but will accommodate shorter stays on request. We will also be pleased to offer preferential rates for stays beyond three weeks. Ideal for winter snow birds. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or have a tight budget we may be able to help you. A security deposit of £100 is required with each booking, this is returnable when you leave the villa, subject to the villa and its contents being OK.
This is a gated community required a pass code to enter the site, the Villa is fully alarmed . The residents try to impose a friendly curfew to dissuade residents from holding late night parties and keeping the rest of the community awake. Sunset Lakes is perfect if you want a quiet and restful holiday, but is close enough to all of the central Florida attractions to ensure you have a wonderful time.
