Turquoze is a beautiful three bedroom, three and a half bath home located on the hillside above Orient Baie. This classically modern villa is furnished in a very minimalist style in white and hardwoods. Terracotta tiles throughout the villa warm the cool white walls. The incredible view of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as the stunning backdrop for this home. As you enter the villa the view greets you through the entry arch. The open kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A small office area and half bath is across from the kitchen. The air-conditioned living and dining area offers satellite television and DVD player as well as stereo with CD player. The air-conditioned bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room. Each has a queen size bed and ensuite bath. The lower level houses an air-conditioned exercise room with weight machine, treadmill and stationary bike. The exercise room also boasts the same spectacular view as the rest of the villa. On the pool deck, accessed through the living room or either bedroom, is seating for six and deck chairs for sunning. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip and enjoy the views. Just a short drive down the hill takes you to famous Orient beach. Turquoze has a two bedroom sister villa, Aralliaya, on the same property with all the same amenities. The villas can be rented together for large groups or separately. When rented separately, both villas offer maximum privacy. The owner may allow pets upon special written request. *A credit card with signature is required at the time of booking. This credit card will not be charged, but kept on file for the duration of the reservation as a security deposit.
