Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We also offer Monthly Rates. Winter $5,500 Spring/Summer/Fall $3,600. Rates are subject to 11% tax. All rates are based on a 6 person maximum. Additional guests will be charged $20 per night. No additional charge for infants.
- Deposits: 50% deposit of the total (including tax) is required at time of reservation. A copy of your drivers license is required with your deposit. The balance will be paid upon arrival. A $500 security/damage deposit will also be collected upon arrival.
- Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation charge. If 60 days or less, then your deposit is non-refundable. In case of emergencies, including hurricane evacuations, we recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from an authorized agent. Many companies offer coverage online. There is NO Refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

This home is beautifully and tastefully furnished. There is a spacious caged, heated pool with a large covered lanai area. This area includes a gas grill and seating for 9 guests. The living room has a large screen TV/DVD, stereo and adjoins the formal dining room. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped to handle your culinary skills...or you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants for casual or fine dining. Utilities, lawn, cleaning, and pool services are all included. Rental prices are ALL INCLUSIVE.
NEW...I just added Verizon FIOS fibre optic cable service to the Pool Home. You will now have unlimited local and long distance phone service within the US and Canada, over 200 digital TV channels, and super fast internet service to a wireless modem. I have also installed a 20' Apple iMac computer and printer on a trial basis.
