Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- PAYMENT: The deposit will secure your reservation. Where a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival or the booking will be void and the cancellation charges below will apply. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full payment must accompany the booking form. No reminders will be sent except for the balance due date with the receipt of the booking form and deposit. Payment for the booking shall be by way of cheque (UK)/check (US), or through Bank Transfer. Please note that personal checks/cheques will NOT be accepted on short notice bookings.
- DEPOSIT: A non-refundable (UPON CANCELLATION) reservation/security deposit of 20% of the total rental cost plus any additional charges shall be paid at the time of booking. Completion of a Booking Form confirms the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons for whom the accommodation is booked. A telephone booking will be held for 7 days. Each booking will be confirmed in writing by ourselves as soon as possible. If a booking is not accepted, any monies will be refunded. The security deposit shall be returned to the renter 28 days after their departure and upon a satisfactory inspection by the Management Company. All damages must be reported and paid for prior to vacating the premises. Failure to report any damage will result in the loss of all or part of the Deposit.

- This luxury villa has 3 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The master bedroom, situated on the ground floor, has en-suite facilities containing a full large bath tub , separate enclosed shower for your convenience, toilet, wash basin, hairdryer. Two further bathrooms are situated upstairs alongside the Twin and Queen bedrooms, each of these have a toilet, bath with shower and basin, and a hairdryer. All towels are provided - it is not necessary to bring any with you. On the ground floor there are also two half bathrooms. One is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and basin, the other is located at the poolside.

Radio / alarm clocks and TV and DVD players situated in every bedroom, and a CD player in the Master Bedroom, you will feel right at home. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is spacious and extremely comfortable. The two Queen bedrooms and each twin room are situated next to a bathroom (one bathroom to two bedrooms). Each room is decorated with a different colour theme, and have plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space. All bed linen is provided for your convenience. There is also the option of a free travel cot with linen provided, should you require it.
