Welcome to Sunset Station where it's all about relaxing at the beach. This 2 bedroom penthouse loft provides plenty of space for up to 6 guests and you are bound to spend all of your time on the giant roof top ocean and harbor view deck. There is bar height seating up there for 6 with a sun umbrella as well as two chaise lounge chairs for taking naps or working on tans! The sunsets are not to be missed.
When you aren't enjoying the private roof top patio you might take coffee on the ocean, garden, and harbor view private balcony or enjoy making breakfast fully appointed kitchen with freshly painted cabinets. If inclined you can watch TV in either of the bedrooms or family room - of course with cable. Should you be a lucky winter guest you will enjoy the gas fireplace operational in evenings.
The master bedroom is upstairs in the large loft suite and has ample storage, a full private bath, and a nice king bed. The guest bedroom is on the main floor of the penthouse (that means no one above - and easily accessible by elevator) and has two twin beds. The family room can sleep two more with a full sleeper sofa. There is also a full bath and a dining room on the main floor.
Sunset Station is unit G323 at North Coast Village, on the north side of the resort-like complex. The unit faces west/northwest and provides a great variety of views. There is one assigned underground garage parking space for cars up to 6'6" tall and 21' long.
