  * Propose premises that are of equal value, which the renter may refuse and instead be reimbursed 100% of the amount of rent paid;
  * Propose premises that are smaller at a lower price, which the renter may refuse and instead be reimbursed 100% of the amount of rent paid;
  * Reimburse 100% of the amount of the rent already paid.
