The choice of Villas available to rent for your vacation of a lifetime in Orlando can be quite bewildering. Ask yourself what is important to you and your family.
This is the question we asked ourselves and our many friends who are regular visitors to Orlando when considering where and what type of property we should buy and vacation in ourselves. The 5 consistent answers were Cleanliness, Location, Privacy, Space and Extra's.

This family owned 5 bed 3 & 1/2 bath luxurious villa satisfies all those criteria and adds some extras that will make your stay truly memorable.
Disney World, Sea World, Universal, International Drive and Airports are all close and only about an hours drive away are the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic and the Kennedy Space Center.

The villa is of course air conditioned, furnished to a very high standard and has a large private pool with lanai.

Less than 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from Tampa and 70 minutes from Sanford.

The Villa Description:

Family Room. A large bright room with doors leading out onto the pool area. (All doors to the pool area have child safety alarms).
Remember to switch on the ceiling fan when you sit on the beautiful leather suite including a reclining chair to relax or watch the 53 inch TV. Enjoy either the cable TV or a DVD from the selection provided. A perfect room to relax in after a day in the parks, shopping or golfing.
Leading off the family room is the Kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you could ever need and more. This includes a large fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee percolator and toaster. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery even some specifically for the children both inside and out.
The Nook area provides two breakfast bar stools and a table and chairs overlooking the pool. Ideal at breakfast time or for a quick snack. We also have a highchair available for the very young ones.

Working backwards through the arch you will find the Dining Room. There is a large table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably which is ideal for formal dining or entertaining.
Adjacent to the dining room is the Reading Room. This large private area is wonderful to relax in. Sit down in your own space and read a book or listen to some music on the hi-fi system. A selection of CD's, books and board games are available. It's a great place to have some 'you' time away from the children. We specifically don't have a TV in this room, it would detract from the atmosphere. The doors lead out to the covered lanai.
Additionally downstairs you will find a Utility Room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and a downstairs 1/2 bathroom with WC and sink. Don't worry about getting carpets wet if one of your young ones needs the bathroom! We don't have any in the communal area's as it's beautifully tiled wall to wall.
We have converted the garage into a fully equipped Games Room. This is not full of cheap rubbish that will break with regular use, or something we have put together on a shoestring budget.
There is an 8ft slate bed super quality pool table, a 55inch foosball table, an electronic basketball machine and an electronic dartboard. There are 6 tennis rackets and balls for use at the tennis court just 2 minutes walk away. We even have cable TV in there.
This room was designed with kids (and big kids) in mind. If its raining, yes it does rain in Orlando sometimes, it's a great place to go to while away a few hours, but be careful, it becomes seriously addictive!
The spacious hall leads off to the Master Bedroom. The room has a King bed, 28inch cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, a large walk in Closet and a huge en-suite Bathroom with large shower, garden bath, his and hers vanity, hairdryer and WC.
There are also doors directly out to the covered lanai. We also have a cot available for very small children. We also have a cot and baby monitor ....
Master Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, 27inch cable TV and a DVD player. It also enjoys an en-suite Shower Room with hairdryer. and a DVD/Video player ....
Bedroom 3 has twin beds which are beautifully finished with adults in mind and has Cable TV.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 share the Family Bathroom with a shower over the bath and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 4 is the Mickey Mouse Room with Cable TV, toy chest, books and dressing up clothes.
Bedroom 5 is the Jungle Room with twin beds, Cable TV and Playstation 2 with games.
As you would expect all bedding is provided. There are plenty of towels supplied, not only for the bathrooms, but also large beach towels for use around the pool and spa.
One of the most important area's of any villa is the Pool. The oversized pool has ample room for fun. The Spa can refresh those aching limbs after walking around and around the theme parks. Pool heating is available at an extra charge. For those of you that like your privacy (we do) you are not overlooked and there are no near rear neighbours. There are sun beds and an outdoor dining area with a ceiling fan. We have an electric BBQ for safety and Alfresco dining.
