Built on three levels, it has 4 bedrooms (one with two double beds), 3 bathrooms ample comfortable living space and well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with magnificent sea views. Dine on the shaded west facing terrace, relax on the lower spacious and sunny terrace surrounding the pool, swim in your own private kidney shaped pool, go down to one of the small coves, just 100 metres away, for a refreshing swim or snorkle in the cool clear blue Mediterranean sea. A newly laid coastal path stretches for many kilometers, perfect for jogging or simply strolling to take in the sea air. Paphos is a perfect location,where you can admire the spectacular scenery of coast and mountain.The town is listed as a UNESCO world heritage site with its ancient Greek and Roman archeological sites all situated within walking distance. Paphos is divided into upper Paphos, the old town, with its traditional shopping area, market, museums and bustling lower (Kato) Paphos with its attractive harbour, promenade, shopping area, numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs. For children there is a super water park, aquarium, a new parrot park, mini-golf and go-karting. For golfers, Paphos is just 15 minutes drive from three new golf courses including the famous Aphrodite Hills Golf club.   • The property is fully managed by an English couple resident in Paphos, who can deal with emergencies if they arise, or provide extra mid-stay cleaning. The keys are available at your convenience; there is a key box with a combination which will be given to you before your arrival. A 25% deposit will secure the villa, with balance normally payable 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. The rental rate includes pre and post cleaning, beds made up with hotel standard white linen, use of ample soft white towels, linen, and also includes a welcome pack with basic groceries including bread, butter, milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice, jam, marmalade. The villa is available for long term rental at preferential rates. Apollo Beach is a quality new development in the final phase nearing completion, but is not quite complete. Some building work is still in progress, a fact reflected in the rental rates. The photographs give a true representation of the villa and the area.

  • The villa can sleep 10 people with ease and has ample storage space; each of the bedrooms has ample built-in wardrobe space. Two of the larger bedrooms on the first and lower floors have en suite bathroom facilities, while the bedrooms with the single beds share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool area and the cool blue seas of the Mediterranean beyond. The very large bedroom 4 is located on the lower floor of the house which has natural light and is a very large, spacious room with two double beds; it is ideal for an extra couple with two small children or for teenage children. This room has an en-suite bathroom. The large spare room on the lower floor also has natural light and can be used as an extra storage area or play room. Also available for babies are 2 large travel cots.

Notes: This is a luxury air-conditioned/heated villa with facilities of a high standard for your comfort. The kitchen is well equipped including dish-washer and microwave. The washing machine is housed in a utility room on the lower floor. The 2 large French windows leading from the living room to the terrace are equipped with fly screens. The floors are of cool terrazzo tiling with natural stone on both upper and lower terrace and pool area. Cyprus is a country where you can dine outdoors for most of the year round: the lower terrace area has a Greek style purpose built stone BBQ with sink and work tops; dine from the shaded higher terrace on a safety glass dining table or relax around the pool. There are four comfortable loungers. The terrace and private pool area afford a magnificent view of the cool Mediterranean and is west facing; what can be better than sitting on your own terrace, glass of wine in hand, viewing the sun setting over the Mediterranean sea.

GETTING THERE AND GOLF: GETTING THERE: CHEAP FLIGHTS Just announced are cheaper flights on Easy Jet from Gatwick, Luton and Manchester direct to Paphos. Paphos International airport is in the process of expansion, with a predicted date of completion in November 2008. Car hire is available from Paphos airport; Europa cars are recommended. A full set of directions will be sent to you when you have paid your balance. The journey between the airport and the villa by the Highway or the B6 is about 25 minutes. The villa is situated to the west of Kato Paphos, 3 minutes drive from the Tomb of Kings Road. BEACHES AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The sea is just 75 metres from the villa. From a number of small coves you can swim and snorkle safely in the clear blue waters. The nearest sandy beach is in Coral Bay, a 10-minute drive (or bus ride on the No.11 bus which runs frequently up and down the coast road). It is well known that in Cyprus the coast is open to everyone. There are no private beaches. Along the coast within metres of the villa is a paved coastal path which stretches for 3 kilometres. GETTING AROUND THE ISLAND ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT. There are public bus services serving the immediate area and also joining major towns. There is also a very useful shared taxi service. LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT The local bus service is excellent; the No 11 bus runs frequently between Paphos Old Town Market, Kato Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay, and the No 10 runs between Kato Pahos and the old town. The nearest bus stop is 10 minutes walk away. Taxis are also plentiful and can be flagged down when needed.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES: Aphrodite Water Park in Paphos is open daily 10-8 (tel+357 269 13638) and has 22 attractions suitable for all ages – ranging from the Kamikazi slide to a wave pool. Cost (in August) £15 for adults and £8 for children, but there are special offers for families available. Newly opened is the Paphos Bird Park, St George, Peya, Tel 2681 3852) which has daily parrot shows, a children’s farm, playground. The Paphos Aquarium is small but houses a few alligators along with the tamer local marine creatures. Mini golf, water sports and go-karting are available in Kato Paphos.
