This beautiful pool home with boat dock is situated on a canal that leads to the inter-coastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The large swimming pool is heated for winter use and the view from the over-sized lanai is magnificent, a lovely spot for watching the sun-set while relaxing pool side. This comfortable, air-conditioned villa as been completely re-decorated, and is fully equipped with up-scale furniture and accessories to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The laid back Island of Anna Martia with its beautiful white sand beaches is less than five minutes drive away. There are good quality restaurants and shops close by. The good sized lounge has a cathedral ceiling with 51' TV/DVD, adjoining bar nook, separate dining room and den with computer and broadband internet access. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with walk-in closets and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has twin beds. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room.

Coral Shores Villa is on a canal that leads to the Gulf of Mexico, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. It is less than a five minute drive to the Island, via Cortez Bridge. Dolphins and Manatees are visible in the waters around Anna Maria Island and fishing is very popular, from our own private boat dock, to the three fishing piers on Anna Maria Island. There are two adult bicycles on site for your use. Sarasota, St Armands CIrcle, Longboat Key and Siesta Key are a short drive away. There are shopping malls close by and Ellenton Outlet Mall is 20 minutes drive. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are 50 minutes drive, Orlando and Disney theme parks are 1 hr 30 min drive. St Petersburg and Clearwater are an enjoyable drive across the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. There are an abundance of Golf Courses to suit all abilities within easy reach, remember - this is a year round destination with wonderful weather, winter and summer.
