Payment: Rental monies must be received at least 28 days prior to arrival. Deposit: A small deposit of one night's rental will be required from guests upon confirming the reservation. The balance of rental monies will be due as above, 28 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit: There will be a security deposit required on arrival of $500 in the form of a personal cheque. The cheque will be voided within one week of departure providing there are no damages, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or long-distance telephone bills. - Cancellation policy: Cancellations made over 28 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the first night deposit. Cancellations within 28 days are subject to minimum 1 night penalty to a maximum full forfeiture. We will make every effort to rebook the unit and refund every night that the condo is resold for.

- The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a separate walk-in power shower, lavatory, large sink, large storage cupboard, hairdryer and under-floor heating. The second shower room on the ground floor has a walk-in power shower, large basin with storage cupboard underneath, hairdryer and a lavatory. All of the rooms are well heated/ ventilated and a large central fan keeps the air circulating nicely.

- The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a very large built-in double wardrobe and a large chest of drawers as well as a comfortable armchair and two bedside cabinets which provide extra storage if required. Outside the bedroom is a mezzanine area with a rocking chair and views of the mountain and the waterfall - perfect for reading a book or an afternoon snooze. The area might also be used to locate a cot or crib. Cable TV, alarm clock and telephone. The second bedroom on the ground floor has two bunk beds, a single bed, a trundle bed which is stored underneath, a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty of under-bed storage. Extensive additional storage for coats, shoes and boots can be found in the built in cupboards in the entrance hall and there are other cupboards for linen and towels.
