Try your hand at fishing and crabbing from your canal dock. Enjoy kayaking Back Bay in one of two kayaks available. Large driveway can accommodate at least six vehicles. There's plenty of comfortable seating for outdoor sunning on the wrap around deck. Tables for outdoor dining are located in the roomy screened-in porch. The 22 x 22 game room equipped with pool table, air hockey, foosball, couch, additional full-sized refrigerator, and more, will provide hours of entertainment. All new furnishings and super plush brand new mattress. End your evening in the large, relaxing hot tub located on the 2nd floor deck. So "Don't Worry, Beach Happy!" CAC, CCTV's, DVD, high speed internet access, charcoal and gas grill, hot tub, screened porch, dock with jet ski lift, in-ground pool, outdoor shower, volleyball, horseshoes, bocce ball, pool table, air hockey, foosball, 2nd refrigerator, kayaks. Pool open 5/17 - 9/19/08.
