Lots of paths have been created along the canal and former railway lines for keen CYCLISTS, ROLLER BLADERS and WALKERS. WATERSPORTS (sailing school , pedalo, boat, windsurf boards and mountain bike rental) are available on the lake at AUTUN by the golf range; TORCY (Le Creusot) has windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking and rowing, and the LAC DES SETTONS (Morvan Nat. Park) has all watersports, also swimming with beach facilities. FISHING is very popular and available in the many lakes, rivers and canals. Permits are required and weekly ones can be bought in the 'tabacs'.
