  • A refundable security deposit of £250/$250 is required to secure the booking and to cover damages and/or loss of keys. This is refundable only when and if the rental is completed, the keys returned, and a satisfactory report on the condition of the apartment received from our local agent. A charge of $100.00 per rental is levied by the W.T.C. Administration for access to the community (access code) and membership cards for admission to the communal facilities (this is payable locally by guests on arrival or as soon as possible thereafter). Rental charges include any local taxes, an initial cleaning of the apartment and on-site support if problems arise with the apartment. We advise renters to take out insurance against non-procedure with the rental once the security deposit is paid.
  • Rental rates are eligible for a 10% discount for single rentals of 4 weeks or longer duration or for repeat bookings. Rentals of 3 months or longer duration are subject to special rates (depending on season), which can be obtained from the proprietor.
  • The full rental charge is due for payment not less that six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental. Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to commencement date of the rental will be eligible for a refund off 50% of the full rental charge only. Cancellations for any reason whatsoever less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental will not be eligible for any refund. Renters are advised most strongly to take out appropriate insurance to insure them against loss of the security deposit and rental charges in the event of cancellation.

  • The master bedroom has two walk in closets and an en-suite shower room and toilet. The guest bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has direct access to the Lanai and has its own television and radio/alarm clock. Bed linen is provided for both bedrooms at the commencement of the rental and there is a spare set of bed linen for both rooms. Used bed linen is collected at the end of the rental.

Notes: There is a full-size patio table on the Lanai (screened balcony) with four chairs. The Lanai overlooks a lake. The apartment has a dedicated parking place by the front steps and an additional space is allocated nearby for guest parking. Access to the apartment is via steps with a handrail. The World Tennis Centre is a large, gated community of apartments and villas with spacious, well-maintained grounds and several lakes, which attract otters, herons, ducks and other wildlife. Club facilities include two heated swimming pools, 17 tennis courts, an open-air spa (hot tub), and a clubhouse bar/restaurant. An extra charge of $100.00 per rental is made for access to the communal facilities. Pro-tennis tuition is available. A short car drive gives access to four beautiful, beach-side State Parks and to the Naples town beaches, pier and boating cove. Naples has a thriving arts and performing-arts scene and a wide range of excellent shops galleries, and restaurants

Tennis and Golf Details: The World Tennis centre is one of Florida's Gulf Coast's major dedicated tennis facilities. The World Tennis Club is the central feature of the community in which our apartment is located. Renters obtain temporary membership of the Club for a fee of $100.00 per rental (irrespective of the number in the apartment or the duration of the rental). There are 17 high quality tennis courts, a pro-shop and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant. Pro-tennis tuition is available and periodic tournaments are arranged. Adjoining the clubhouse is a large, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi (heated spa tub). There is a second, smaller swimming pool just round the corner from the apartment. There is no golf course on-site at the World Tennis centre but Naples has a considerable number of public and private golf courses, several of which are in the vicinity of the apartment. Beach and Wildlife Park Details: Naples has a nine-mile long, white-sand beach which is safe for children. It stretches from south of the Naples Town Pier to Lowdermilk Beach Park, about 1 mile from the apartment. There are many access points to this beach which is also good for shell collecting. North of Venetian Bay there are further grade 1 beaches at Clam Pass, Delmor-Wiggins, Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key State Park, each with picnic/barbecue and changing facilities. Sanibel Island, near Fort Myers has several of the best shelling beaches in the US. The Thousand Island Section of the Everglades National Park is a half-hour drive from the apartment, whilst the Shark Valley and Florida City accesses to the Park are a 1 hour and 2 hour drive away, respectively. The Corkscrew Swamp and Audubon Wildlife Sanctuaries are within a short drive of the apartment. The Ding Darling Bird Sanctuary on Sanibel Island is an hour's drive away. Charters for game fishing are available from the Naples Town Dock and Marina.

Shopping Details: Naples City has five major shopping hubs at Third Street South, Fifth Avenue, The Coastline centre, Venetian Bay, and Waterside Shops, all within 5/10 minutes drive of the apartment. The Coastline centre contains major department stores whilst the other shopping complexes listed above, comprise boutiques, specialist shops, antique and fine art galleries, and good quality restaurants. There are outlet stores on the road from Naples to Marco Island (Premier Stores), near Bonita Springs (Miramar Outlets), and on the road to Sanibel Island (Tanger Outlets). A shopping centre 400 yds from the apartment contains supermarkets, pharmacies, toy stores, restaurants and home furnishing and improvements stores.
