Final Clean 45 euro (compulsory) this is to ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the management company's high standards and is ready for the next guests, this is the best value for money, other apartment cost 90 euro for the same service.

Really impressed with having someone around out on the complex. Howard was a great help to us, very kindly bought us across DVD,s and scrabble etc for the children. He informed us of where the supermarkets, restaurants etc were located. We were very happy with the apartment. Very nice location, not too far away from all the activities. Once again, many thanks, and thank you for the welcome pack. We believe it is a great idea having a Management person on site to look after your apartment, it must be worth its weight in gold!!!
