Please note that changeover day is Saturday in the High season (July and August).
A 30% deposit of the total rental price to our bank account is required at the time of booking. Please note that all banking fees for deposit payment transfer are to be paid by the renter. A confirmation about the deposit receipt will be emailed to you. The remaining balance is payable in Euro cash on arrival to our place.
The rental prices shown are payable in Euro cash and refer to four persons. An extra person is charged 10 Euros per night.
The rental prices include all other expenses like local taxes of 1.5 Euros per person per night, electricity and water usage.
Please note that the washing machine usage is separately charged at 7 Euros per load.
Normal check-in is at 15:00 and check-out time at 10:00.
