Three bedroom, two and a half bath, gracious new home with fine furnishings. Large sunny deck, with gas barbecue, patio set, and loungers, overlooks six-person hot tub, with built-in CD player, in gazebo. Front yard fenced with landscaping and fountain. Open living/dining area with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, 42" TV/DVD, and ceiling fan. High-end gourmet kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the other a daybed that pulls out to twins, all with televisions. One bathroom has a whirlpool tub and separate showers with two sink; the other has a tub/shower and there is a half bath as well. Wireless high-speed Internet access. Dog-friendly, but limited to two small dogs . Washer/dryer. Two-plus miles to downtown Guerneville; seasonal creek access one house away in cul-de-sac, usually dry by July. Location: Guerneville, CalifornIa 95446.
