This estate is situated on two acres of hillside property in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico at about 600 hundred feet above sea level, with a breath taking view of the Bay of Banderas and the Pacific.

The property consists of a main house and guest house that interconnect with each other through lushly landscaped grounds and paths with steps which take about seven minutes to traverse. There are two pools, Jacuzzi, lighted tennis court, gym, a game room with large TV, and an air-conditioned home theater with projection screen and seating for 16.

The tri-level 9,000 sq. ft. open-air main villa offers ocean views and five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, including the 800-square foot master suite. Please note that four out of the five bedrooms have air-conditioning. The other bedroom, "La Palapya" is open to the cool breezes.

The three bedroom villa offers 4,500 square feet, three air-conditioned bedrooms and three baths. Each bedroom has its own terrace with views of the the coastline and city lights of Puerto Vallarta.

Both villas feature their own pool, purified water, satellite television, telephones, fax machine, private bathrooms with showers, canopied beds, and ceiling fans. In the surrounding gardens you will find ping pong, and a workout room with an outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the gardens.

A full-time villa manager is there to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay in Puerto Vallarta and to supervise the staff. The staff includes 24-hour security, housekeepers, cooks, a houseman, and a driver for airport and sightseeing transportation.

The villa is 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from town where there are numerous shops, markets, restaurants and great night life. Children 12 and over are welcome.
