Set among the pines and palms of highlands reserve golf course, cherry pie villa blends gentle golf views at the front with a private elevated view, across towards Regal palms entrance to the rear. Within a 5 minute walk either way, you can find the local stores, or the first tee. Once inside you will immediately see that this villa is designed around modern lifestyle, with great care taken to make each guest feel very special throughout there stay. For those keep fit fanatics, there are also 3 bikes available for your use, plus tennis balls and rackets. There is also gym equipment in the garage, including a boxing station with boxing bag and speed ball, plus other keep fit accessories, to help work off those pancakes!
High definition wide screen home theatre tv, with setanta sports package, can be enjoyed from the luxurious lounge with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Internet access plus fax machine and printer for those needing to stay in touch with home. Listen to your own music on our ipod docking station. Playstation and games have been provided for your entertainment. An assortment of books and dvds have been provided for those relaxing days and nights.
Bedrooms consist of 2 double and 2 twins, each bedroom includes a tv/dvd player. The master bedroom has everything you will look forward to after a long day at the parks. Kingsize bed, 32inch tv, en suite has large walk in shower and sumptouse jacuzzi bath (dont forget the bubble bath). This bedroom also has a walk in closet and has access via patio doors onto the pool area. There is a large nicely designed pool and spa which can be heated for those cooler months, there is plenty of outoor seating both for sunworshipping around the pool and for dining under the lanai/covered area. Early morning the colourful hot air balloon show can be viewed above, for those early risers.
Golf: There are views of the second green from the front of the property, the clubhouse is a 5 minute walk away.
