• WINTER BREAKS Please see notes section
• FLEXIBILE DATES. We will always try to be flexible with start and finish dates outside of our mid Summer season, as well as accommodating ten day stays where possible. Occupancy is for a maximum of 6 people and commences at 15.30 on the day of arrival with last day departures by 10.30 please - PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and must be received within 48hrs of your telephone/email confirmation. The balance is payable no later than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday.We will require a damage deposit of £250 on arrival, the villa is thoroughly checked at the time of departure, if there is no damage your deposit will be refunded. We strongly recommend that you have travel insurance as once you have booked you are liable for the total amount, your booking is non refundable and non transferable. A location map and arrival information will be sent two weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
PAYMENT METHODS: We will accept payment for your deposit or balance by internet banking transfer or by credit/debit card using PayPal in £sterling or Euros - or payment by most cards via our PayPal account, should you wish to pay this way we will send you a PayPal invoice. Please note a 3.5% charge will be made for PayPal transactions.

Guest Book.......May----July 2007 : .....July 07....We had a brilliant holiday & the villa was absolutely as described, we really liked Cologne,Palamos at night & just loved the huge variety of beaches,we had a night in Barcelona at the end & our children adored that,so all in all a great holiday,thank you for the use of your villa. Dr.Susie.........Your villa is wonderful. It was very hard to drag ourselves away from it to do anything,but loved that part of Spain especially the Dali Museum. No suggestions to make it better,it is perfect the way it is! Its location provides fantastic views of Palamos Bay & surrounding countryside,it was a real pleasure enjoying your evening meal with such an incredible backdrop!
