Swimming pool: 28 x 14 ft with waterfall feature. Fully screened and private, with a removable (by an adult) child safety fence. Electric heating available. Spacious sitting areas with a variety of chairs, tables and loungers, and separate lanai with table and 6 reclining chairs. Gas barbecue. Fantastic view over nature reserve and bird sanctuary..
Entertainment: Televisions in family room and den / DVD / VCR / Music Centre / CD Player. Many books, games and puzzles. 3 bicycles and 2 fishing rods, beach chairs in garage. Cool box, ice packs, beach chairs and mats provided for beach picnics. Broadband internet and telephone access.
Kitchen, laundry room and breakfast bar: Large cooker with ceramic hob / microwave / fridge freezer with ice maker / dishwasher / waste disposal unit. Granite worktops and upgraded black / brushed steel appliances. Seating at table and breakfast bar for up to eight. Washer and dryer and sink in separate laundry room.
Guest Book: Hi David and Karen, got back from Florida on Friday morning. We loved the villa, thought it was absolutely wonderful, spacious, luxurious and had everything we needed. We used the pool every day. We saw a pair of bald eagles most afternoons plus manatees in the creek. Can't praise it highly enough. Did find Englewood a bit on the quiet side but it didn't take long to get to Venice etc. so it was a great area too. Many thanks, We had a wonderful time at your home. My son loved the pool and we thank you for the child safety fence, (took away the stress). We definitely will want to use your home again and next time we all want to stay longer!
