Casa Grande specializes in hosting professionals attending conferences in San Diego or small family reunions. Return guests have enjoyed the privacy these spacious residences provide. For special occasions , Casitas del Mar, can be rented in tandem. Each home accommodates 5 to 6 persons or a total of 11 persons when both Casa Grande and El Cielo are rented.

Amenities include coin-op washer/dryer, cable, dishwashers, barbecue, parking, linens, fenced yard, VCRs, DVDs, and televisions in all rooms. Beach cruisers (bikes), boogie boards, and beach chairs are available for guests.
