This stunning villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD. There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch satellite TV, DVD and CD, all Tvs in the villa are satellite and receive over 100 channels. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation. The villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for smaller parties, which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard in traditional Florida style.

Pine Valley is located within the Rotonda on the South West coast of Florida in Charlotte County, often referred to as Florida's hidden secret, or the real Florida. It is near the beach side town of Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico. The International Airports of Tampa (1.5 hours) and Fort Myers (1 hour) provide easy access to this area. Englewood has over 27 miles of white sandy beaches, many of which are almost deserted during the week. With Manasota Key to the North and Boca Grande to the South, our villa is perfectly located 15 - 20 mins drive to these fabulous beaches where pelicans fly overhead and dolphins swim in the sea. Englewood is one of the last parts of the Florida coastline to be discovered and is being developed on strict guidelines. Nearby Port Charlotte caters for all those craving retail therapy with a large Mall, whilst the Outlet Malls of Sarasota are 50 mins drive away. Paradise awaits.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Special Rates start from £475/ $ 950 till 15th December 2008 per week depending on party size and season. Rates include all Florida Taxes, local telephone calls and end of stay cleaning. The only extra would be electric pool heating recommended between November and April £60 or $90 per week.
    20 % Deposit required if you wish to book the villa (Non Refundable) balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival plus £100 or $175 Security Deposit (Refundable).

    Minimum period 4 nights (Excludes February, March and April ) cleaning fee extra £50

    We can now accept bookings by credit cards via PayPal, however there would be a 3% service charge to cover Pay Pal expenses

Notes: The large kitchen area is fully equipped, even a electric kettle which is something of a novelty in these parts, and contains a further table and 4 chairs and affords access to the lanai. The South West facing extended deck / lanai area contains the 28 ft x 14 ft swimming pool is fully screened and gives lovely views down the meandering canal and the nature reserve. The deck area is furnished with sunbeds and a large table with seating for 6 people, a BBQ is also provided. Beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrellas and Toys for the pool or the beach are also provided. 4 Adult bikes bikes, ! Further details about this villa rental

Guest Book: Entries in our guest book are very complimentary about the villa facilities and the location, we have never sought to over sell the property and we are confident guests will be more than satisfied if they stay there. Whilst we have used the best photograth's to show the position the viila is in, it would be wrong to give the impression that our villa is a remote location. Other villas occupied by permanent residents in the main are both across and up the road. A large supermarket selling english newspapers and a range of shops and takeaways is less than 10 mins by car

Golf Details: This area of south west Florida is home to approximately 30 golf course within 30 min drive from the villa whilst the Rotonda itself is home to 5 golf courses. You can walk to the clubhouse of Long Marsh club in less than 10 min in one direction and 5 minute walk in the other will put you on the new 9 holes of Long Marsh Golf Club
