Our one bedroom holiday condos offer breathtaking views of the white sands of Siesta Beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. They are well equipped to give you all the comforts of home in the beach atmosphere you've dreamed about. There is a full kitchen and open living/dining area that leads to an enclosed lanai which is a wonderful place to catch sunsets over the Gulf. All units are well equipped so all you need bring are your personal items. There are laundry facilities on each floor, assigned covered parking space, and an elevator. You'll find Sunset Royale the 'best place to be on the beach.'

Siesta Key is in Sarasota County. We are 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota on the central Gulf coast of Florida. Where the water is always warm, sunsets are always stunning. We are one hour from Tampa or Ft. Myers, two hours from Orlando & Disney World. We are also two hours from Naples, three hours from Miami - Ft. Lauderdale area. Probably the most important location is the fact that we are 30 seconds from the white powdery sands of Siesta Key Beach and less than one minute from the warm shores of the Gulf of Mexico.

Notes: The one bedroom condo has an enclosed lanai with large windows --2 of which can be opened to catch those Gulf breezes. This is a great room to relax, sit and read your favorite book, or watch a sunset over the Gulf. The beach has plenty of barbecue grills and picnic table for your use. Siesta Key Public Beach on Crescent Beach is four miles long and has the whitest powdery sand in the area. The beach is quartz crystal sand, which does not hold the heat from the sun, its cool to the touch, fine and white like powdered sugar. Crescent Beach is one of the top ten beaches in the world. On the beach are four lifeguard stations, concession stand, shops, soccer field, baseball diamond and sand volley ball area for your enjoyment and entertainment.

Additional Siesta Key and Sarasota information.: Tampa Florida has the largest International Airport, but Sarasota also has it's own International Airport which is about 20 minutes from Sunset Royale Condominiums. The cities of Tampa and St Petersburg Florida are about one hour to the north by freeway. We are 2 1/2 hours from Orlando Florida and Disney World by freeway.

Guest Book: This was an incredible place to stay. The location on Siesta Key is perfect. We walked into the village when ever we could pull ourselves away from the beach. Watching the sunsets from the balcony of the condo was awesome. The condo itself was extremely clean very large. Best of all was the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico from the condo.
