The island is a great place, fantastic beach, and great water. The bay is protected, and really just an awesome place. There are restaurants within walking distance of the Grandview, and the beach is right outside your door. We love the lower level, since we can still see the ocean and have quick access to the pool, hot tub, or ocean. Makes is easy on the kids, and that makes it easy on the adults. Our condo has a great kitchen, with everything necessary to cook and serve. There is a whirlpool tub, guest bath, sun room, and tastefully decorated interior, access to a small workout facility on the premises, parking, internet, and wonderful landscaped exterior. Everything you would need to stay in and plenty to do if you go out.
