- In low and mid season (1st October to 1st May annually, excluding 2 Easter weeks) for smaller groups of either 2 (using one bedroom) or 4 (using 2 bedrooms) the villa is available at reduced rates relative to the occupancy. Please e-mail us to enquire about low and mid season-reduced occupancy rates. We're sorry, but there are no reductions for high season.
- Please contact me if you are having trouble finding low cost flights - I have found several low cost options for certain periods of the season.

- The master bathroom is ocean facing and has a Philip Stark designer suite. The centre piece is the large, corner jacuzzi with amazing ocean view. The bathroom opens on to the master bedroom's private terrace. Bathroom's 2 and 3 are show rooms with high quality new fixtures and fittings (Duravit). We are delighted to provide large, fluffy thick towels and bath robes for all guests! Please bring your own beach and pool towels. We also suggest bringing beach shoes, as Montenegros beaches tend to be pebbly!

- All the bedrooms in Villa Tragovi na Plazi are air conditioned. These units also provide heat in the cooler months. The master bedroom faces the ocean as does it's large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a view of the sea and the gardens and has an adjacent shower room. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor, and has twin beds and it's own en-suite with a full length shower. This bedroom also has views to the sea and pool deck. It is suitable for wheelchair access, although the en-suite gives only restricted access. All beds are high quality as is the linen used, for a perfect night's sleep. All bedrooms have plenty of cloths storage, bedside tables and lamps, and furnished in a luxurious, contemporary style.

Airports: In high season, the nearest airport to the villa is Tivat, only 30km away, or the capital Podgorica (45km). JAT airlines travel here direct. Also in high season, BA travel to Dubrovnik from Gatwick and Manchester, with excellent car hire facilities. In low season, we recommend BA from Gatwick. They travel 3 times a week.The best value flights I have found for high season is with w, into Dubrovnik (DBV) and the best value car hire (from DBV airport).
The villa pool measures 5.5m x 2.8m.
