Notes: Highgate Park is the only Gated Community on the Villages of Legacy and employs a Private Security company not only to help give you peace of mind during your stay, but also to act as a concierge to help assist guests if they have a problem. Professionally Managed Property. Gated Community. Fully fitted kitchen with utensils. All crockery, bedding and towels provided. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. A welcome pack can be ordered for $10.00 plus cost of food. A really wonderful home - our guests always say they didn't want to leave !! It is our pleasure to share our home with people who will look after and appreciate it as much as we do - if that's you, then please get in touch.
CHILD SAFETY FEATURES: All external doors have an alarm which 'Beeps' when the door is opened. The pool has a fully retractable Safety Screen.
GAMES ROOM: The games room has a fantastic 8 foot Pool Table, a Air Hockey Table, Dart Board and Tennis Raquets & balls for use on the on site tennis courts.
Ski: We all just wanted to let you know we had an absolutely fantastic holiday and thought your home was superb. We would have absolutely no hesitation on recommending it to family and friends.
