The gourmet kitchen, large dining and living area as well as one king bedroom with ensuite bath are also on this level,. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with a balcony overlooking the roof tops and harbor. Two king bedrooms with ensuite baths are on either side of this mezzanine and located in the front. The fourth king/twin bedroom with ensuite bath is in the rear as is an extra fifth bedroom with one twin bed that is available for a teen or nanny on request.
