There will be a bottle of champagne to welcome you and set the scene for your special holiday, along with some
basic provisions, including washing powders etc.
All cleaning and laundry costs of bed linen plus bath and beach towels is included in the rental cost.
Check-in time is between 3.30 pm and 8.30 pm on day of arrival.
Guests are asked to depart by 10 am so that we can make the apartment ready for the next guests.
It is always possible to store luggage before check-in or after departure time if this is needed. - Payment terms: A non refundable deposit of 25% of rental cost is payable on booking . The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date. ( 8 weeks for rentals of over 2 weeks) At this time we also ask you to provide a fully refundable deposit of £500 to cover any breakages or damage. The above sterling rates are for UK guests,
all non-uk guests should request Euro rates - The rental rate for Villa Palladio includes Electricity and Water as well as linen and laundry and cleaning. Beach towels are also included, and there is no need to pack hair dryers!
You will find Champagne and a welcome pack of basic provisions for you on arrival. There is a large selection of DVD's and CD's for your entertainment . The music centre is i-pod compatible, all rooms have clock-radios.

- The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom is very large, with views over Golfe Juan. There is a huge open shower area with a lovely glass and teak dividing wall. A further glass and white-tiled wall divides the spacious bath from the washbasin and vanity area, whilst down-lighters, a heated towel-rail (and underfloor heating if you need it!) add to the luxurious feel. The shower/WC and washbasin for bedroom 2 also has underfloor heating, gleaming white tiles a glass doored corner-shower and downlighters. It also houses the washing machine and tumble-dryer. Bathroom 3 , en-suite to the mezzanine bedroom, is a large beamed room. It has a bath with shower, WC and wash basin, and has attractive marble tiling. All bathrooms have large mirrors.

- Like everything in Villa Palladio, our bedrooms are all beautifully furnished to very high standards, with crisp cotton sheets, big bath towels, separate beach-towels, hair dryers, clock radios, and plenty of storage. Atmospheric lighting, and interesting furnishings and paintings with a hint of colonial style provide a unique character. The master bedroom is very spacious with lovely views, with separate access to the terrace, and a large en suite bath WC and sparate shower-room. Bedroom 2, on the same level, is a bright double-aspect room with shower and WC opposite. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level with characterful beamed ceiling and its own en suite bathroom. The spacious mezzanine with its comfortable sofa and chairs, beamed ceiling, flat screen TV/DVD/is your entertainment and second living area. However it is also designed as a very comfortable visitors' bedroom for two, sharing either the mezzanine bedroom's en suite, or the shower WC opposite bedroom 2.

HERE ARE OUR RECENT VISITOR'S BOOK ENTRIES: *The apartment was a great place to stay at this time of year. A very comfortable base to visit the area and return to.
