- PRICE IS FOR THE 3 BEDROOM HOUSE. IF THE APARTMENT IS ALSO REQUIRED , THE PRICE WILL BE 250POUNDS PER WEEK MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. THE APARTMENT IS NOT RENTED ON ITS OWN, Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are asked to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm. To secure the booking, a non refundable 25% deposit is required, with the full balance due 8 weeks before departure. Payments to be made by a Sterling cheque. A deposit of £250 per rental is also required to be paid when the balance is paid - against the possibility of damage/breakages, non returned keys etc. This amount will be refunded in part or full, within 2 weeks after vacation.
In the event of cancellation within 4-8 weeks of departure, where we are unable to re-let the villa, we will retain 50%. For cancellations 2-4 weeks before departure, we will retain 75% of the rental value. For cancellations within 2 weeks of departure we will retain 100% of the rental - This property is ideal for six people sleeping in the main house , with the facility for a further 4 people in the 1 bedroom apartment. When the apartment is not needed, it will remain closed throughout your stay. The property is only ever rented to one party of people at a time.
