- All prices include: transfer to and from the airport, housekeeper, Internet flatrate, power and drinking water. There are no extra costs for you. A welcome package, containing a starter pack of food and drink, is included in the price.

Payment is as follows: 50% when booking, with the remainder being paid 2 weeks prior to arrival or in cash on arrival at the villa (incl. 500€ deposit on arrival – returned on departure).
We can arrange golf at reduced rates. - We can book you a car on request at a cost of c. 25€ per day (including child seat 9-36 Kilogram). Guests receive a navigation device, containing many useful addresses on Phuket, helping you find your way about quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Scooters are also available at a cost of c. 5€ per day.
- We have created a private excursion programme for our guests. Our tours and excursions are individually tailored to guests. We want you to enjoy your days away in an intimate atmosphere, avoiding mass tourism.

The villa was completed in July 2010. Everything is new and very well-taken care of. Cleanliness and wellbeing is a given with us. Our service will remind you of hotel service, only on a more intimate scale.
Living-room fittings include a television (CNN, DW and other international channels), DVD player, hi-fi with iPod connection, computer and Internet access with flatrate charges, a selection of games and a small library.
The outdoor area includes a large swimming-pool, poolside shower and an external toilet, as well as a utility room, complete with European-style washing machine. The swimming-pool is filled with freshwater, but feels like salt-water as the fully automatic pool control system is operated on a saltwater basis. The pool-water, with an average temperature of c. 30 degrees Celsius, is extremely agreeable to the skin, guaranteeing you and your children an especially pleasant bathing experience.
The pool and garden are tended to by our gardener.
