- Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 3 youngsters. The bedroom is *en suite” with the bathroom. It has a queen-sized bed comfortably sleeping two adults, a “bonheur du jour” desk and a large armoire with large screen TV and a DVD player. The living room features a lounge with two sofas (futon style). One futon can sleep two (full size) while another may sleep an extra person. The use of futons as sofa beds is restricted to youngsters (maximum: 3). The flat is actually ideal for a couple with one kid. Otherwise the apartment may be a little crowded.

Sleeping Accommodation: The bedroom with the en suite bathroom has a queen size bed comfortably sleeping two weary adults. You will find as well plenty of space in a separate dressing room to put away your belongings and to settle in. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds (one double, one single) that may sleep 3 people. However, the use of sofa beds is strictly limited to youngsters and on the overall, the occupation of the flat must not exceed two adults and three kids/teenagers.
Amenities: The flat is conveniently equipped with 2 WC, one in the bathroom and another in a cloakroom. In the bathroom, you will find separate washer and dryer units, and a large tub with a shower. A 'Cuisine Americaine' (open kitchen) with cutting edge amenities such as induction hob and top of the line microwave and electrical oven,a self-standing freezer, allows you to be part of the conversation while you are cooking or just reheat some of the many take-out available in the surrounding restaurants. The kitchenette also includes a fridge, a self-standing freezer, and an espresso coffee maker.Large screen TV featuring the major English speaking channels. Multi standard (no zone restriction) DVD player, mini sound system, etc. You will find ample tourist information in the many city guides and art books on Montmartre and Paris that are at your disposal in this flat. An info. package that includes basic information on the flat and tips on the area, is forwarded to you once you are booked.

We have traveled to Paris many times and we have lived in the 14th, 3rd, and 9th aggrandisement's, and this is our favorite location yet. The bathroom is VERY spacious by Parisian standards.
