Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Terms: All prices are in euros, although payment can be made in Sterling (GBP at the BBCs tourist exchange rate at the time of booking.) A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Balance due 8 weeks before commencement of booking. A refundable security deposit of 200 euros (£170) per gite is needed with the balance which will be refunded the week after your stay. Changeover day is Saturday, therefore, the accommodation will be required from approx 10:00am on the day of departure. The accommodation will be available for arrivals after 4:00pm. Linen, bedding and bath towels are included in the price, beach/pool towels are available. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Sorry, no pets are allowed and no smoking in sleeping areas please. All heating costs are included in the price.
- Between 30th August and 20th December 2008, 3rd January - 29th May and 29th August - 18th December 2009. We offer 20% discounts for either couples (with or with out a child under 5) or a 2 week bookings, call us.
- For prices of short notice availabilities call us - we offer up to 30% reductions.

Discounts before 24th May and after 30th Aug 2008: We have reductions of 20% for couples and couples with a child under five in any of our accommodations. We also give a 20% discount for a 2 week bookings Because the Charente-Maritime is such a popular house hunting area we also have 30% reductions for bookings over three weeks. If you rent all three properties for 1 week there is also a 10% discount. We also run short notice discounts of up to 30% call us on 0033 546 95 41 52.
Nearby Golf Courses: We have three Golf courses near us Cognac - Open fairways, excellent parkland course. Saintes - Challenging tree lined front line with an unforgiving back nine. Royan - Cut through pretty pine forests - Outstanding.
