On request: pick up airport service, baby bed, baby chair, babysitting services, bicycle rental and shopping service, breakfast and lunch can be arranged from Monday to Friday on the other side of the street at bio bistro (organic). - Payment Methods
Bank transfer as rental confirmation.
PayPal ONLY if the customer has loaded the money into his own PayPal account. Sorry, we can not accept PayPal credit card payments.
Half of the rental due immediately as confirmation of the reservation.
Full amount due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits
250 Euro in cash, fully refundable security deposit.
Can be paid cash in any other major currencies so that you do not have to exchange the Euro on departure.
Cancellations
We want to give you as much flexibility as possible. Therefore bookings can be cancelled or changed at anytime. A full refund minus 20 Euro will be made only if somebody else will book the dates you cancelled, otherwise the booking dates can be changed with available ones, but no refund can be made. For unavoidable circumstances we advice you to make a travel insurance. But even without insurance: you will not lose your money if you can choose other free dates. - Children under 7 years old free, age 7 to 14 years 50%.
We allways try to to give families with two or more children a special offer, even if the children are over 14.
