• Long term bookings (4 weeks or more, maximum 3 months) 400 Euros per week. Rent includes: water, electricity, bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. Not included: final cleaning 30 Euros.

The cancellation must be made in writing and addressed to the landlord. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance.
