The “country house villa Marlene” was built according to the guidelines of Feng Shui and is located only a few minutes from the famous Hundertwasser spa Bad Blumau. The house has 186 m² and is divided into 1 large living/dining area, 1 eat-in kitchen, 1 reading room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, parquet floors, 2 bathrooms/WC, balcony16 m², 2 patios (36 m² and 20 m²) and a 1200 m² garden. The location of the house is quiet in a private street away from traffic noise. Shops are a 1 minutes walk away, milk and eggs can be bought fresh from the farmer, ponds are a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car and an Ostrich Zoo is about 15 minutes away.

Distance from Graz is about 35 minutes, about 1 hour drive to Vienna. The house is located in a quiet location on a small private street far from the sound of traffic. Shopping facility 1 minute away, milk and eggs can be purchased from the farmers, a 15 minute walk will take you to the ostrich farm. In addition to a sport and active vacation, there is also a lot of quietness and relaxation! Breakfast can be prepared if requested (for a fee).
