The South-West of Florida: The South-West of Florida has an average of 320 sunny days a year. The idyllic settlement Matlacha is approx. 3 miles away, and it offers many restaurants. This will be for sure your favourite place for the evenings. Across the golf course, there is a new shopping center.
Golf: Living on a 27 golf course is extremely attractive for golf players. Florida is a real golf paradise. In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bed you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season, if you are a beginner, because you might be to slow for other players during this time.
