It's possible to cancel the reservation until 45 days before check-in, in this case we return the deposit. The deposit is not refundable from (and within) 45 days before check-in. - A security deposit against damages of 400 Euro is to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be given back upon departure.
The price does not include: heating, air conditioning, daily cleaning and daily change of linen, towels for swimming pool. - On request it is possible to have special Tuscan meals prepared by a professional cook upon your arrival or during the week.
It is possible, also, to have baby sitter, tour guides for excursion to the best winery on the “Colline Lucchesi” and final wine-tastings.
